1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fb004 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the fb004 Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the fb004 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

fb004 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fb004 may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming on fb004, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the fb004 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. fb004 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fb004 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fb004 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. fb004 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify fb004 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements, fb004 conducts KYC verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. fb004 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fb004 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine users: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via e-wallet (GCash, PayMaya). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer may vary. Deposits are credited to your fb004 account balance upon confirmation of receipt. fb004 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. fb004 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements. fb004 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the fb004 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). fb004 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, fb004 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all fb004 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. fb004 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, or device, unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the fb004 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay terms apply across all fb004 games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fb004 will not reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and all wagers refunded. fb004's decision in such matters is final.
• RNG-based games use certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fair ness and compliance with industry standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical outcomes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spin, dice roll) and are final. No claims will be entertained regarding live dealer results once the round has concluded.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at the time of bet placement apply.
• fb004 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb004 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by fb004.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fb004 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fb004 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of fb004 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from fb004.
• Use any fb004 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of fb004's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by fb004 and its licensors.

9. Privacy

Your use of the fb004 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how fb004 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the footer link on the fb004 website.

10. Responsible Gaming

fb004 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity. The fb004 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fb004 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. fb004's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by fb004

fb004 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if fb004 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, fb004 may forfeit any balance in your account.

12.2 Termination by User

You may close your fb004 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending withdrawal review.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fb004 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact fb004 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. fb004 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

14. Amendments to These Terms

fb004 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fb004 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the fb004 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
